EXCHANGE AND RETURNS | LUXURY DESIGNER HANDBAGS

La Pelle strives to make your purchase risk-free and turn your online shopping into a superb experience. However, we do understand that sometimes exchanges or returns are necessary and although it breaks our hearts, we accept them in the following circumstances:

CHANGE OF MIND

If you change your mind, you are welcome to return your La Pelle purchase within 7 days of delivery. Please ensure it is in its original packaging and unused and resalable. Return shipping due to change of mind will be at your own expense. Returns that do not meet our criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

La Pelle items are your responsibility until they reach our Atelier so please ensure appropriate and secure packaging has been used to protect them during the transit. Please also make sure you keep proof of postage and insure the parcel. In case of a return, please drop us a line with your order number and advise about the intention to return or exchange your La Pelle: info@lapelle.com.au.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept monogrammed pieces for return or exchange.

PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY

La Pelle ensures to display the product, its features and colours as accurate as we can. However, please keep in mind that there might be some slight differences between the colours depending on the monitor, tablet or phone used to display the items.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

 If our biggest nightmare happens (fortunately until date, we have over 99% success rate of delivering only immaculate items), we will replace the item free of charge or issue a gift voucher (with an apology!). If this scenario does occur, please send an email to: info@lapelle.com.au with the photographs of the faulty items. We will cover the postage costs back to our Atelier to investigate the product.

Please keep in mind that if your La Pelle has been damaged as a result of normal use or wear and tear, they are not considered as faulty.

ONCE APPROVED

You will receive an email to provide your bank details or PayPal account and we will transfer the shipping costs back to you.

FULL REFUND

Your refund will be credited to the original payment and purchase method. This includes gift vouchers. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 days due to varying processing times between financial providers.
